Should NOT take 4 hours for an oil change (I had a 10 am appointment, got out of there at 2 pm). Rose was very nice apologizing for the delay. It wasn't her fault - the management of the Service Department has a lot to be desired. Understand there may be a lack of personnel, but if you don't have enough workers to do the jobs, back off on the amount of jobs you schedule. I'll go to an local garage for my next oil change.
