Bob Stall Chevrolet Disabled Customer Accommodation Policy – Temporary Hand Controls/Adaptive Driving Devices
“Bob Stall Chevrolet is committed to providing excellent customer service for all of its customers. We have established a policy to provide temporary hand controls [and/or range of Adaptive Driving Devices] for disabled customers so they can test-drive vehicles before purchasing them. To test-drive a vehicle using temporary hand controls [and/or Adaptive Driving Devices], please ask for the Sales Managers: Billy Shaw, Mike Gamino, Sal Nejati or Richard Larson in person, by phone (619) 460-1311 or email BShaw@bobstall.com, MikeG@BobStall.com, SalNejati@BobStall.com or RichardLarson@BobStall.com to make arrangements. While there is no additional charge for the use of hand controls [and/or range of Adaptive Driving Devices], their installation needs to be pre-arranged on a reservation basis to allow time for installation. While we will use good faith efforts to satisfy every request to test drive a vehicle with hand controls [and/or range of Adaptive Driving Devices], please allow us a reasonable time to arrange their installation Monday thru Friday. We cannot permit the installation of any hand control devices supplied by the customer or any other third party. Please be advised you will be asked what hand-controls or other devices you are accustomed to using and if a left- or right-hand control is needed. All the preceding is aimed at accommodating our customers as reasonably, efficiently, and safely as possible. Often a request, fulfillment, and/or installation process for temporary hand controls [and/or Adaptive Driving Devices] can be subject to delays which are beyond our control. There may be some manufacturers and models that such devices cannot be installed on due to circumstances beyond Bob Stall Chevrolet’s control. We look forward to servicing you and earning your business.”
