I brought my 2020 Chevy Equinox in to have a front control arm underneath replaced and also needed a front alignment done as well as engine-oil filter and cabin filter and wiper blade installed. My Service Rep was Damon Boulter who I always use for my services needed. I also had new tires put on the vehicle. Damon initially told me I would have to leave the car overnight. I asked him to try and get all the work done that day as I had so many committments. He said he would try but thought it would have to be overnight. I was really surprised when he called me at 4:50 pm and told me it was ready and he would wait for me to come pay him and pick-up my car and all the work was completed. I appreciated that and was able to pick-up my vehicle. Damon should be appreciated for the fine work done to fix my car in the same day. He is an exemplary employee and representative of his dealership!

This dealership is very transparent. They do not hesitate to get the shop foreman involved and in front of the customer to assist the service adviser when a detailed explanation of a recommended repair is needed. Don't see that too often.

Experience at the dealership was great. I was able to get work done in the showroom and I was informed of some changes from what we planned on having done. However, when I got home the next day, my front right tire was low and I thought that was odd. I got the tire pressure sensors replaced so I filled it up and got all of the tires equal because they were definitely not equally inflated. I’m leaving town and I can’t have this looked at but the front right tire is still showing different pressures and this started right after I got it fixed so I’m not sure what’s going on there. Unfortunately, I have to drive my car to Tucson Monday morning and it’s the weekend so I am hoping when I get back to have this looked at, and hopefully I won’t have any issues with my tires. Anyway, I am confident that the dealer will take care of this if it’s something to do with the sensor. I expected to replace one sensor but then found out that all four needed to be replaced so I did spent a good deal of money and really want it working properly. But thank you and I will check back when I get back into town.
