Confirmed Service Customer
When in town Bob Stall has done all my services on my GM cars. I had an APPOINTMENT on Friday at 10:00 am for an oil change in my 2021 Corvette. I always wait the HOUR or SO that it takes to perform the service. The car was finished at 3:30 pm. (5 1/2 HOURS I spent at the dealership.) I was told that some techs had called in sick. (Guess they wanted a three-day weekend.) I'll find another dealership where their techs are healthy.
