"My recent experience at your service center was extremely disappointing. My scheduled oil change took nearly three hours, during which I received no updates on the delay. This significantly undermines the purpose of making an appointment. Furthermore, I was quoted almost $200 for cabin and engine filter replacements, a task easily completed in minutes. This price seems excessively high. When I inquired about potential recalls on my truck, a staff member walked away without responding. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall service I received."
