Everyone was accommodating and friendly. I witnessed their coffee machine breaking down but it was clear the staff took action to find a solution so customers can still enjoy a cup of coffee with the free donuts provided. Within an hour or so the machine was fixed. Clean lobby and waiting area. Plenty of places to sit. I will be back even though I live closer to dealerships in Mission Valley/ Bay.
