Confirmed Service Customer
The absolute lack of customer service when the customer is not standing directly in front of the employees is outstandingly bad. I had dropped my truck off for a couple small issues to be looked at and was told it would take 2-3 days. On day 4 I called over to see what was going on with no issues to them having it longer I just wanted to know what the situation was. I had to leave a voicemail and received no call back. Day 5 someone answered and said they would get back to me, but once again no call back. Holiday weekend happened and then on Tuesday I had to go in to figure out what was going on with my truck because no one in service had the decency to call me and tell me what was going on. Upon going in I got there only to realize it had never even been looked at! A week and a half almost and not a single thing has been looked at. Took me multiple phone calls and visits to get the ball rolling and somehow they seemed like it was no big deal. This dealership lacks overall customer support in a way I have not seen before. They are rude and incompetent when it comes to the customer. Worst experience at a dealership that I have ever had.
