I was immediately greeted and escorted inside the dealership. I was helped by Kei Kim; she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even agreed to ride-a-long and listen to the sound that my car was making. Diagnosis was shorter than I expected, and currently the part is being ordered. This is my first Chevrolet, my first appointment, and it was an excellent experience. Thank you, Kei Kim.
