It started with Patrick Duffy....GREAT Service rep!! He made me comfortable about what needed to be done and said he would try to slip it in asap so I could get to other appointments in the afternoon. My 2023 Corvette needed upgrades to software package. It was completed ahead of schedule and I'm hoping it will satisfy whatever the recall was about. Patrick got me, answered all my questions and said my 7th Vette since 1973 was ready to go!
