Quick check-in, good service

Bob Stanley was an outstanding Salesman. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike Leslie was the most efficient finance manager with whom i have ever worked. Bob Stall Chevrolet should be proud to have these two representing the company.

I was the second customer to arrive and me and the first guy we served 4th and 5th. Also when I got my C8 back after the service it was covered in spots of tree sap or something. Like it was left out under a tree. I will be looking for a new dealer to service my car. I���ve never been excited about the service there. Most people seem to just be there because they have to. Other dealerships I���ve been to for my other vehicles, make me feel special and seem genuinely happy to work with me. Needs some work guys.

Experience was really outstanding actually. Roni that helped my wife and i find the car and Mike in finance were awesome. They were able to answer my questions when i had them, and were friendly and professional. Im not experienced enough buying cars to know if i the deal i got was the best it could have been but it is was better then what i told them i needed. So either way it was a win for me and better then what i asked for.

They are all helpful and accommodating they really tried their best to meet our needs their names are Mr. Billy the manager, our salesman Mr. Tyler and the finance manager Mike. I���ll say they are the best. They go above and beyond to help us. We went there Saturday but we didn���t find the color we are looking for. Then we came back Sunday and I wish we tried hard looking instead We visit the other two dealership which the experience was not satisfying at all. Bob Stall made a way to make sure the deal on the car were getting is that what we really like. We really feel that they are willing to help us from going above and beyond to the offered we can���t refuse they don���t offered us any other car they are willing to give us the car that we choose. Tyler showed all the features of the car to us he knows his job well. From ending the transaction with Mike how very informative he is with the questions my husband had asked him. I���ll make sure to tell my family and friends how completely satisfied we are when we purchased our vehicle to Bob Stall. We are a very happy customer.

I had great coms with the dealership. I like the text with the vehicle inspection and the recommendation for additional repairs/ maintenance. It was all done in a timely manner.
