I have purchased two vehicles from Bob Stall and to be honest with you From the time Pamela Larman our customer service rep took my calls and met us at Bob Stall she stood out with her friendly welcoming smile . She is friendly honest well spoken , extremely professional and listened to everything we said,Pam followed through and everything she said was going to happen did and on time to the date .When you have an employee such as Pam you should recognize them and make them the model for others to be held to the high standards which she possesses.if we purchase another vehicle at Bob Stall it will be because of Pamela .

Replace thermostat and looked at radio issue. Couldn't diagnose the radio issue but truck is running great. Fair prices and service advisor unlike dealership where I bought truck she used the extended warranty and cost a fraction of what it would have if she hadn't. Especially when other dealership wouldn't check on similar issues. I will keep taking my truck to Bob Stall

This is 4th vehicle I have purchased from Bob Stall. As with prior experiences, this one was terrific. Alan is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, assisted me with decisions about the truck regarding trailer pulling, snow/mud off-road conditions, cameras, and all of trip packages and specifically what fits my needs. He expedited the process as best as possible. Leslie in Finance was Amazing too. She made me feel comfortable and explained every detail on all of the contracts. in summary, Bob Stall is still my favorite dealership in San Diego.

I was not given any information after my appointment about my vehicle and if was going to need anything soon. I also has new wiper blades in the car to eventually replace. I was not asked if it was ok to switch them out. All three new blades were in the vehicle, but one had fallen in the back seat. Rather than ask me if there was another blade the tech put the wrong blade in the wrong spot. The report I was given also said all three blades were now new and functional but the driver side wiper is old and not functioning because its blade is on the passenger side.
