Confirmed Service Customer
Went in for a quick service oil change. Damon B is always very pleasant and helpful. The online checkout process makes it easy. When I went to pick up the Yukon, Damon was on lunch so I walked into the service center. I swear every time I go to the service center I wait for someone to acknowledge me for minutes and it���s very very awkward. What happened to a good old ���hello I���ll be right with you���. Nope just stand there for 5 mins until we decide we want to help you. I get it, people are busy but man does a little hello go along way. It���s called customer service. Make us feel like you want us there. Patrick finally acknowledged me and said ���did you need help���. Well um yes I���m not just standing here for no reason. So main concern is the lack of warm and fuzzies in the service center. This is not the first time and that���s why I am letting you know. I think the free lunch incentive on good reviews is not enough for your employees. They all look like they hate their jobs and I think that is part of the issue with the customer service as a whole. Lastly, the tech gave me another wheel lock for my rim and when I asked about it they said it was the same one. It���s not the same one but it does fit my wheel lock so I took it. Not happy about the switch but they played dumb and left me to take it. Long of short. Customer service is disappearing everywhere so to keep it as a main focus is important to customers. We want to be happy to bring our cars to you. We want to come in and say oh hey Rose how was your Vegas trip. Building that relationship can really go along way. It separates you from the others. That���s why I loved Toyota and Nissan for so long. The service center can make people stick with the same brand car. It���s important.
