Confirmed Service Customer
I purchased a new vehicle and found issues with it after only having it for 1 week. I brought all the issues up with the service department and scheduled to have the vehicle dropped off. I dropped off my vehicle and the service department had it for 1 week. I had to call several times throughout the week for updates and everytime I was never given a straight answer and was told that the service manager was working on it. I was never called even when I was told by my advisor that she would call to update me. After a full week of runaround with the service department not a single issue was addressed with my vehicle and I was being misled and lied to throughout the week. I am astonished with the lack of service I received and the overall experience after purchasing a brand new vehicle. This was my 2nd vehicle from Bob Stall and will certainly be the last.
