The lady who explained Sirius Radio was not effective. Her accent was a distraction, and even though I signed up for the service, I did it because I already had it in another vehicle. Her accent was a total distraction. As your market ages and has hearing issues, this person will lose more business than she attracts. All else at Bob Stalls was superb.
