I had a great experience at Bob Stall Chevrolet. I went into the dealership and asked the lady at the front for an experienced sales person and she got me one. He got to work on the appraisal of my trade in and then we sat down and talked vehicles. I told him what I wanted and he found it and brought so I could test drive. The numbers for the sale and the trade in came in a while later and we negotiated back in forth a couple of times and I sold my truck and bought a new truck. I love my 1500 Silverado. Thank you to Bob Stall Chevrolet.

This is the second time I get the wife's traverse serviced. And its not only a great experience but the service department is top notch . Friendly , knowledgeable and welcoming . Never have a I felt like a burden. And for some context I have been to plenty of dealers for service in different cities mind you but some make you feel as if they are doing you a favor rather than you being a customer .

I was there for 3 hours for an oil change! For the whole time I was there they couldn���t even fill up my windshield solution. I also missed an appointment because of this!!! Not happy.
