Confirmed Service Customer
I bought the truck in 2019 brand new. It���s been in and out of service ( across the USA). Every Chevy dealership is a fight to get my truck fixed as it���s under warranty. Usually I���m told there is nothing wrong and I keep bringing it in until FINALLY the issue is fixed. The last 2 times it broke, I brought it to Bob Stall (where I originally bought it) to be fixed. The first time it took 30 DAYS for a fuel injector. The 2nd time my fuel pump went out in the middle of the night and I had it towed to Bob Stall. That morning I went in to speak to service and was greeted rudely asking if I had an appointment after I had said I was towed in the night before after breaking on the highway. I had my own scanner and had scanned the truck ( when it broke) and it read with the code that it was the fuel pump. I stated so, and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me saying ���it was the Fuel pump���. It took another week to order a part and replace it. I was the one calling in for updates and asking them when the truck would be serviced. I understand being busy and having other customers but, come on. I was lucky to have other means of transportation to get to and from my home and work. Chevy does not care about their customers time or really their customers at all. Every time I spoke to someone ( and I���m a nice person) I was replied with a tone that was perceived as ���I don���t care about customer service or satisfaction���. Everyone was rude or dismissive. I sold my truck after this last experience because I will not work with Chevy dealers/service again.
