I took my car there to get my tire pressure checked one tire was notifying me low pressure I asked if the can put air just in that one tire. 2hrs waiting for air it was finally done the low tire pressure was still showing on dash. The service guy there assured me it needed to be driven 1 week goes by ant the warning is still active I drive in there again no appointment it's only air i dive up to the service line he was super professional until I told him my issue he remembered dealing with me earlier that week 4 cars came after I arrived and 4 cars got service and I still was waiting I got frustrated so I left. My oil change time it's now been a month my oil change time came I said perfect I'll do the oil change and the tire pressure I got the car back 4 hrs later warning light still active this had got to be a joke by now I pulled the same guy aside and told him about it and he hit me with the same old answer it needs to be driven!!! I almost lost myself when I heard him say that I said we'll you drive it and make it go away of that's all it take or you can take to the back and have the technician really put air in my tire this time upset and all but he took it to the back and a few minutes later the car is back with all my tires matching pressure. Service quality has gone down I been going there for years up u til the last year or so.
