Alberto & Billy Shaw took care of us & all I can say is that their service was outstanding! Alberto was both knowledgeable about the 4 different models we test drove. Gave us in depth information on the new electric options & beyond all of that was kind & patient with us. There was no pressure, rush or waste of time or energy. We truly thank the entire Bob Stall team, including Leslie in Finance. We are grateful for a seamless transition into our new lease.

I arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted in a timely manner. The estimated wait time was longer than expected but the actual wait time didn't exceed the estimate so that was fine. Everything looked good on the car.

Service representative Rose Wells was had to get ahold of, when I just wanted an update on when my vehicle would be ready. She was on the phone with another customer while I was standing there and said she hates being so busy and made me feel like my business was a burden on her.
