Overall I had a pleasant experience. Although as a new client who has never had a service done there, I wish there was maybe a sign to pull straight in to the service area. The directions only lead you to the dealership itself but from there, there’s nothing.

Oil change , fine- Asked for tire rotation, told not needed... email sent needing tire rotation! Not Happy- time is money, having to reschedule and come back for tires isn't good... should have been done when asked, especially when the service note suggests it!
